Cancellation and booking policy

Any booking over $100 will require a minimum of a $20 deposit. The balance of the payment will be required on the day of the booking/ service. Clients must notify us about a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the booking. PriUp beauty must be notified either by phone call, text or email of the cancellation. If the cancelation is not completed 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of the booking, the deposit is non refundable. We reserve the right withdraw from any appointment but will endeavour to find you another beauty professional for the same service.

Late arrivals to appointments

Please endeavour to arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the booking. We charge a $20 late fee for for clients who arrive 20 minutes late. If you are late by 30 minutes or over, to the appointment your appointment slot will be forfeited and you deposit will not be refunded. If an appointment time limit is exceeded by the fault of the client, then a fee of $30 per half hour (30 minutes) applies.

Medical

It is required that all medical conditions and illnesses are disclosed to us at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your booking. Medical conditions include but are not limited to conjunctivitis, COVID-19, psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis. Contagious medical conditions such as conjunctivitis maybe result in the cancellation of your appointment. All our equipment is cleaned prior to your appointment. Please advise if you are allergic to any specific product or ingredient prior to your service. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after your service or treatment.
